Jacquelyn is a lifelong resident of Idaho Falls with a passion for its downtown character, recreation, nature and powerful sense of community. Jacquelyn is patient, genuine, honest and committed to helping her client's in every step of the buying and selling process. She joins the brokerage having spent 10 years prior developing a reputation for strong negotiation skills in a competitive and fast-paced logistics industry. Jacquelyn's love for real estate and the community can offer invaluable insight with a knack for seeing potential in all properties.

Jacquelyn specalizes in seller representation, buyer representation, leasing negotiations, contract negotations, and comparative market analytics. 

In addition to being a licensed commercial agent, Jacquelyn is Broker Assistant to Shane Murphy. She assists him daily with all marketing, BOV's, transaction coordination and property showings. 

When Jacquelyn is not seeking out a perfect property for a client or selling one, she enjoys yoga & fitness, fishing, reading, traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband Luke and their four children.
